About 107
This House of York holiday home gives families, couples and friends a pet friendly self catering York option that sleeps up to 6 people (additional z-bed can be requested for a 6th person for a £30 fee per stay) and is a great choice if you are looking for luxury accommodation in the centre of York.
We pride ourselves on being couples and family friendly and we offer as much as we can to make your stay at 107 an enjoyable one. After a fun day sight seeing you can have drinks in our sunny courtyard or chill out and watch a movie in our basement cinema (it was the original pub cellar and has a low ceiling). For the kids (or the young at heart) we even have a games room with table football.
All guests are greeted with biscuits and everything needed to make a good cuppa. If you are bringing little ones we have a high chair, cot and a variety of games and books available on request.
We always make sure we supply the basics (having ourselves been frustrated by no dishwashing liquid or bin bags at rentals). We have USB charging ports in every room as well as cleaning equipment, store cupboard basics and the bathroom has soap, shower gel and shampoo. We try to take any of the stress out of your stay so you can focus on enjoying the house and magnificent York!

Parking and getting around
Public Transport
The train station is just a 10 minute walk and there are taxies and Ubers everywhere, but the best way to see York is by foot and as you are just 5 minutes away from getting on to the city walls where you can get access to the best views and attractions the city has to offer! If you don't fancy walking the walls the stop for the sightseeing buses is at the end of our road.
Parking
We suggest if you have a lot of bags, you initially park by the house to unload. The house is 107 Nunnery Lane and the postcode is YO23 1AH and there is 10 minute drop off parking on Spencer Street which is the first left immediately after the property.
We have a deal with a private car park a 2 minute walk away for £10 per day - as far as we know this is the cheapest parking available in central York. There is also a public car park 2 minutes walk away for £20 per day.
Electric vehicle charging
There is a number of electric and rapid electric charging points available in Nunnery Lane long stay car park which is a 2 minute walk away.
Bikes
York is super bike friendly and there is some great cycle tracks through the city and out into the countryside. If you want to bring your bikes you can use the houses secure courtyard to store your bike.
